PTFE Body Gauge Isolator
The Gauge Isolator consists of a PTFE body, containing a close tolerance machined cavity and a Teflon® diaphragm. The upper portion of the cavity is filled with a solution, such as glycerin or silicone. Media pressure applied to the bottom side of the diaphragm is transmitted through the solution filled cavity to the gauge, providing accurate readings while isolating the gauge from the product being measured. The Gauge Isolator may be ordered with or without the gauge. If ordered with the gauge, the solution will be in the upper portion of the cavity. If ordered without the gauge, the customer must add the solution.

Disc Filter
The Teflon® disc filter has been designed to fulfill the special requirements of inline microfiltration for sensitive media. The disc filter utilizes Zitex® filter elements which form a mat of Teflon® fibers. These fibers are fused together to form a screen-like membrane structure. Because of the non-stick characteristics of Teflon® and the easy replacement of filter elements, entrapped contaminants may be easily removed.
